Here at Radcliff Apartment Homes, we believe you deserve to have a fully functional, safe, well-maintained and habitable apartment to enjoy and to have your maintenance issues handled in a timely manner. To accomplish this, we have an on-site maintenance person to coordinate with you directly to schedule repairs around your availability. Our goal is to resolve your maintenance issues on the same day it is reported or the next business day. Often, they are resolved within an hour or less.
